Almond Prawn with Black Garlic
5 slices Black Gold Black Garlic
80 gm Pancake premixed batter
16 Prawns, peeled and butterfly
100 gm Raw Almond Flakes
Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Clean and remove vein from prawns. Cut the back of each prawn to form a ‘butterfly’
- Season prawn with salt and pepper
- Mash black garlic into a paste and mix into the pancake batter.
- Dip into pancake batter and coat with almond flakes.
- Heat oil to medium high heat and fry each prawn till golden brown, serve.
