Ingredients:

5 slices Black Gold Black Garlic
80 gm Pancake premixed batter
16 Prawns, peeled and butterfly
100 gm Raw Almond Flakes
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Method:

  1. Clean and remove vein from prawns. Cut the back of each prawn to form a ‘butterfly’
  2. Season prawn with salt and pepper
  3. Mash black garlic into a paste and mix into the pancake batter.
  4. Dip into pancake batter and coat with almond flakes.
  5. Heat oil to medium high heat and fry each prawn till golden brown, serve.
